RRE Ventures has raised a $265 million seventh venture-capital fund, according to a news report on TechCrunch.

The fund will adhere to the New York firm’s investment strategy of putting 60 percent of its capital in Series A deals, 5 percent to 10 percent into seed deals and the remainder with B and C rounds, the story says.
