The number of Marylanders hospitalized due to COVID-19 on Tuesday remained the same as the previous day: 792 current hospitalizations.
The state reported 577 acute care patients and 215 intensive care patients with coronavirus, the same as on Monday.
Since the pandemic began, Maryland has hospitalized a total of 35,796 people due to coronavirus.
