Tonix Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:TNXP) announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 20.94M shares.
The offering price is $0.50 per share and the gross proceeds will be ~$10.5M.
The closing will be on or about July 15 and Alliance Global Partners to be the sole placement agent.
