Pharos Capital Group, LLC, through its Family Treatment Network platform, has acquired ABA of North Texas, an outpatient autism services provider based in Plano, TX, the firm announced today. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2012, the company has 33 employees and serves over 70 children across two offices in Plano and McKinney. Founder and CEO Susan Krejci, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and certified special education teacher, and her team will continue to provide services under the ABANT name.
