Ann’s Choice Director of Sales Deborah Olcese and Sales Counselor Ryan Doherty welcome guests to Home Expo Extravaganza

On September 7, more than 170 people, including priority list members, attended Ann’s Choice Home Expo Extravaganza. During the special event, guests toured apartment homes at the Erickson Living retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, mingled with current residents, and enjoyed a delectable, chef-prepared lunch.

Attendees also had the opportunity to get tips from real estate and moving professionals and attend free seminars on how to take advantage of the strong seller’s market.

“The Home Expo is a wonderful opportunity for people interested in moving to Ann’s Choice to gather information about moving and selling their house as well as learn more about our vibrant retirement lifestyle,” said Ann’s Choice Director of Sales Deborah Olcese.

Real estate professionals, estate planners, professional downsizers and organizers, auctioneers, packing and moving representatives and other experts were available to answer questions. In addition, Ann’s Choice Personal Moving Consultant Colleen Rosica offered information about Erickson Realty and Moving Services, a complimentary program for people moving to an Erickson Living community that coordinates all the details of your move.

At the event, Greendrop accepted donations from guests and residents and Titan Mobil Shredding securely disposed of unwanted documents free of charge.

“We received many formal requests for follow-up appointments,” said Olcese. “Currently, Ann’s Choice has just 9 of its 1474 apartment homes not spoken for.”
