CBRE’s Adam Foster and Brad Gerla represented Faust, Goetz, Schenker & Blee, LLP in an 18,495-square-foot lease for the entire 18th floor at 101 Greenwich Street. The term is for 11 years and owner Cove Property Group was represented by Scott Cahaly, Clayton Kline and Mitch Konsker of JLL.
