Magnitude Software, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announces the acquisition of Every Angle

THE COMPANY
Every Angle is headquartered in Gouda, Netherlands and provides self-service reporting and analytics solutions for any SAP system (ECC and HANA).

THE DEAL
Magnitude Software (“Magnitude”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), has completed the acquisition of Every Angle, representing the company’s 5th add-on acquisition since Audax’ investment in the company in 2014.

THE THESIS
In 2014, Audax partnered with Magnitude to build a software platform focused on delivering a transformative approach to unify application data access, management and reporting for organizations with increasingly fragmented application and data environments. Since then, Magnitude has continued to build solutions to help customers realize productivity gains on enterprise platforms like SAP, the largest global ERP provider. The acquisition of Every Angle expands Magnitude’s SAP solution set, which includes SAP application data management through Innowera, and SAP Central Finance integration through Magnitude SourceConnect. Every Angle provides significant cross-sell/upsell opportunity for Magnitude given go-to-market alignment and shared value propositions. Every Angle also provides Magnitude a mature base of operations in Europe to help better serve its global customer base.
