Alaoui began his commercial real estate career at the Keyes Company in 2007 where he focused mainly on income, producing properties from multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and Gas stations. Managing to secure little over $70 million of exclusive listings within the first 2 years of his career.

Alaoui received the “Keyes Company Chairman Circle” award with $20 million in sales in 2008. In 2010, he founded Think Commercial Inc. focusing mainly on development land and industrial real estate. In 2015, he relocated overseas where he joined Colliers International as Manager of the leasing and corporate solutions department. “After interviewing with some of the top broker firms, I decide that Marcus & Millichap Miami was a great fit to relaunch my real estate practice, under Scott Lunine’s leadership.” Says Michael Alaoui.
