Trinity Hunt Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has today announced the promotions of Mike Steindorf and Blake Apel to Partner.
In his 11 years with Trinity Hunt, Steindorf has overseen deal sourcing and execution, as well as portfolio company growth initiatives. He joined the team in 2005, where he spent two years working with the firm before pursuing his M.B.A. at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Steindorf returned in 2009 and has been with the firm since, currently serving on the boards of Miller Environmental and Mid America Pet Food. Prior to joining Trinity Hunt, Steindorf worked for the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers.

Apel joined Trinity Hunt in 2007 from Bain & Company. After three years with the firm, Apel obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and rejoined in 2012 to continue his career with Trinity Hunt. Apel’s responsibilities include deal sourcing, deal execution and portfolio company initiatives. He currently serves on the boards of America’s Auto Auction, Family Help & Wellness, IMS ExpertServices, and Lexitas.
