Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake Signs First Caroline County, Maryland Location


H&R Retail, a retail real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce that Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. recently signed a lease at Denton Plaza located at 12 Denton Plaza in Denton, Maryland. The new Denton location is slated to open late this summer and will occupy 15,487 square feet. Geoffrey Mackler and Scott Herman of H&R Retail represented the tenant, Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc., in the transaction and have represented the tenant for the past four years.

Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. currently employs 850 employees and operates more than 30 retail storefronts in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford County, Howard County, Cecil County, Wicomico County and Talbot County. When the recently signed Denton, Maryland location opens this summer, it will be the first Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. Caroline County, Maryland storefront.
