New MainStream Capital announced today that Noel Jeon has joined the firm as a Principal, with a focus on transactions in the Business Services arena. Additionally, NMS has announced that both Michael Lehman and Donza Worden have been promoted to Senior Associate positions at the firm.
Noel brings nearly a decade of private equity experience to NMS, primarily in the Business Services arena. At NMS, he will be principally responsible for developing investment themes and actively pursuing deal sourcing, as well as investment due diligence, transaction execution, and working closely with portfolio company management teams. Noel’s previous experience includes positions at BV Investment Partners, Hale Capital Partners and TA Associates. Noel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Additionally, Michael Lehman was promoted to Senior Associate. In his role at NMS, Michael works actively with the investment teams focused on ettain Group, Anne Arundel Dermatology, Avaap and Constellation Behavioral Health. Prior to joining NMS in 2015, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in Chicago, where he worked on a variety of M&A and equity and debt related financings. Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University, Lumpkin School of Business.
Donza Worden, who joined the firm in 2017, has also been promoted to Senior Associate. At NMS, Donza works closely with the investment teams focused on CORDENTAL, Omni Eye Services and GrapeTree Medical Staffing. Donza’s experience prior to joining NMS includes his role as an Associate at LaSalle Capital in Chicago where he was engaged in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring, and Robert W. Baird in Chicago, where he worked on a variety of M&A and equity and debt related financings. Donza graduated summa cum laude from Albion College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
