Grace Kim Joins Pine Brook Investor Relations Team

Pine Brook, a New York-based investment firm focused on building businesses in the financial services and energy sectors, today announced that Grace Kim has joined the investor relations team as a principal.

"Grace brings more than 18 years of experience in investor relations and business development, and we are very excited that she has agreed to join Pine Brook," said Jim Rutherfurd, managing director and head of Pine Brook's investor relations team. "Her industry insight and market knowledge will be great assets as we continue to grow strong relationships in the investment community."

Ms. Kim joins the firm from Arsenal Capital Partners, where she was a principal in their fundraising and investor relations team and primarily focused on capital raising and business development. Prior to that, Ms. Kim's positions included principal of business development at Providence Equity Partners and managing director in the private funds group at Forbes Private Capital Group and Guggenheim Partners. She also worked as a portfolio manager for the J.P. Morgan Private Equity Group.

Ms. Kim received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA in Economics from Columbia University.
