Mr. Van Horn has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry working as an asset manger, project manager and leasing agent. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Van Horn was a retail specialist for Cushman & Wakefield focusing on both tenant and landlord rep accounts including Skechers Shoes, TGI Fridays, Santander Bank and many local brands and food operators. Prior to working at C&W, Christian was the in-house retail specialist for Dranoff Properties representing the Landlord for all of its retail spaces and leasing up new buildings as they came on line.

Christian will be working alongside David Orkin, Restaurant Practice Leader of the Americas, as an Associate.

Mr. Van Horn is a graduate of Drexel University and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business law. Christian has lived in Philadelphia for over 14 years and currently resides in Fishtown with his wife Katie and dog Chester Copperpot.
