The new agent hires include:

·         Dina Sontag, 924 Madison Avenue

Dina comes to Stribling with an extensive background in advertising sales and marketing in both broadcast and out-of-home media. A resident of NYC’s Upper East Side, she is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications.

·         Gioia Zwack, 924 Madison Avenue

Gioia returns to Stribling bringing more than 33 years of experience navigating the Manhattan real estate scene. Having grown up in New York, Austria, and Italy, Gioia is fluent in German and Italian. She was chosen by the World Monuments Fund to be their consultant for Central European Affairs.

·         Peter Gerwirtz, 924 Madison Avenue

Peter possesses an extensive background in investments and entrepreneurship. He brings to Stribling a strong understanding of the business and legal elements of real estate deals from his recent experience investing in multifamily investment complexes. Previously, Peter managed a billion plus dollar fund at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

·         Harrison Rose, 924 Madison Avenue

Harrison brings to Stribling a wealth of knowledge and passion for environmental causes. A graduate of Stony Brook University, Harrison has served as an environmental consultant for several agencies.

·         Charlotte Beckwith, 924 Madison Avenue

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Charlotte possesses a strong background in marketing, giving her an edge when it comes to helping clients gain exposure for their properties. Prior to joining Stribling, Charlotte worked at GALE Partners and MRM Worldwide.

·         Bonita “Bonnie” Spiegel, 924 Madison Avenue

Bonnie Spiegel was born in South Africa, raised in Great Neck NY and has been living in Manhattan for over 20 years.  Her passion for real estate derived from her years working as a CPA at Arthur Anderson in the Real Estate Group. Bonnie graduated from SUNY Albany.

·         Amy Barovick, 924 Madison Avenue

The founder of a successful property staging business, Amy has extensive knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, staging more than 100 properties. Amy is a graduate of Parson’s School of design, and her keen attention to detail compliments her business sense. Prior to real estate, Amy worked as an art director for Estee Lauder and five years for McGraw Hill.

·         William Vitello, 924 Madison Avenue

William comes to Stribling with a strong background in public relations and fashion, marketing, and wholesales. A graduate of Parsons, The New School of Design, his artistic sense enhances his ability to help clients find and their perfect home.

·         Nicholas Lioi, 924 Madison Avenue

Nicholas joins Stribling from Douglas Elliman where he began his real estate career. Previously, Nicholas worked as a successful talent and events manager. He is a graduate of Quinnipiac University.

·         Ido Friedman, 924 Madison Avenue

Ido is an accomplished concert pianist and a graduate of the Julliard School of Music in New York City. Although new to real estate, he has a vast international network and passion for detail that has helped to jumpstart his career at Stribling.

·         Paul Devlin, Chelsea

After two decades building community support for new real estate developments in over 30 states and three countries, Paul is bringing his industry knowledge to help New Yorkers find their dream homes. He began his career in political campaign management before honing skills in real estate through government relations and public affairs.

·         Aoife Collins, Chelsea

Aoife jumped head first into her real estate career after practicing law for more than 12 years at three highly regarded New York law firms. During her tenure as a top legal eagle, she developed strong negotiation, communication, research and problem solving skills that translate well in the complex world of real estate. Born in Cork, Ireland, Aoife moved to New York City in 2001.

·         Chris Forbes, Brooklyn

Formerly of Ideal Properties. Christopher is familiar with all of Brooklyn's neighborhoods and knows all of the wonderful features that Brooklyn has to offer. A graduate of HBCU Delaware State University, Computer Science was his first love, before discovering his true passion for New York City real estate. Chris’ expertise spreads across all market segments, ranging from rentals, co-ops, condominiums and townhouses.

·         Jon Menges, Brooklyn

Jon has happily returned to Stribling after a brief few months at Warburg. A seasoned landlord and property manager, Jon understands many facets of the New York real estate market including renovations, contracting, and sales. Jon studied at Northewestern University and Indiana University and is an accomplished Jazz musician.

·         Marc Bunag, Chelsea

The son of a 30 plus year industry veteran, Marc has grown up in the real estate business. After a successful film industry career and more than a decade as Vice President of International Marketing at Miramax Films, Marc brings a great knowledge of advertising that fits in perfectly with Manhattan’s high-end residential market.

·         Shari Cohen, Chelsea

Shari has been a top real estate professional for more than 12 years, joining Stribling from Town Residential. A native New Yorker, Shari resides on the Upper East Side. She specializes in all areas of Manhattan, as well as Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
