• Rainbow Apparel leased 5,967 square feet at Lakeforest Mall, Gaithersburg, Md. from Lakeforest Owner, LLC. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented tenant.

• Footlocker leased 4,641 square feet at Iverson Plaza, Temple Hills, Md. from Jemal’s Iverson Plaza. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented tenant.

• Domino’s Pizza leased 1,800 square feet at Manassas Junction, Manassas, Va. from Markus Manassas, LLC. Jim Crilley and Sean Harcourt with H&R represented the landlord.

• Wireless Center leased 1,543 square feet at 2419 Virginia Ave., Collinsville, Va. from Samira A. Jajjar. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the tenant.

• Zoom Wireless leased 1,200 square feet at Newmarket Plaza, Newport News, Va. from Newmarket Outparcels, LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the tenant.
