Michael Ginsburg, a recent graduate of Tulane University,has joined the Baltimore office of KLNB Retail, a full-service retail brokerage company and division of KLNB, LLC. Mr. Ginsburg previously held positions with CBRE in New York, Seawall Development and JLL.

In his new position at KLNB, Ginsburg will assist with both tenant and landlord representation activities throughout the greater Baltimore and Washington, D.C. metropolitan marketplace. This includes preparing market analysis reports, performing research, assisting with site-selection work and supporting projects related to market entry programs and leasing strategies.
