ARCH Venture Partners has raised $408.4 million toward a ninth venture capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund has a target of $550 million, which appears to have expanded from an earlier $400 million, the filing says. The money has come from 19 LPs.
The firm’s eighth fund from 2014 was $410 million, according to the ARCH website.
The filing list managing directors Clinton Bybee, Keith Crandell, Robert Nelsen, Kristina Burow and Mark McDonnell, but not Paul Thurk.
ARCH also has set out to raise an ARCH Venture Fund IX Overage with a target of $450 million, a filing says.
