SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of Felton’s Crossing Shopping Center in Cartersville, Ga. The center is located at 879 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, which is situated near the southwest corner of the intersection of East Felton Road and Felton Place. Felton’s Crossing consists of 112,240 square feet on 10.94 acres of land and is anchored by Ingles and Planet Fitness. The seller, Felton’s Associates, LLC, sold the property for an undisclosed price on October 5, 2016 to a private fund.
“Felton’s Crossing is a successful and very rare Ingles-anchored asset not controlled by Ingles, which tends to own a majority of its real estate,” said Pierce Mayson, vice president for SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales Team. “With a long-term grocery-anchor lease, Ingles’ installation of its gas concept, and leasing momentum via the recent addition of Planet Fitness; the center continues on a very positive trajectory which the Seller created over the last few years.”
