With an impeccable track record of success, Eric was the key driver in the creation of Gulf Sotheby's International Realty office in Dubai, including securing investors and recruiting agents with the ability to perform on an international scale. In just five years, Gulf Sotheby's International Realty became the largest franchise by territory count within the company's portfolio.
With a particular focus in the United States and Middle East, Eric maintains strong ties to the real estate markets in the United Kingdom and Europe as well. His firm grasp of international politics, economics, and legal and taxation issues informs his meticulous, well-informed approach to international real estate.
A true citizen of the world, Eric is of French and Colombian heritage and was educated in Switzerland, culminating in a degree in Economics from the American College of Switzerland. He speaks five languages and contributes his time to EMILIE Humanitary, a non-profit medical organization providing equipment, medicine and services in developing nations.

With an intimate understanding of the luxury market, Dorothy Sexton, Managing Director, joined TOWN Residential from Macklowe Properties where she served as the Vice President of Sales. Among her countless successes, she was responsible for the sales and marketing of the highly acclaimed 737 Park Avenue and 150 East 72nd Street luxury developments. Dorothy previously served as Vice President and Sales Director with Sotheby’s International Realty where with proven experience ranging from the pre-development though coordination of sales and marketing, Dorothy led the activities of several transformative condominium projects including Windsor Park at 100 West 58th Street, 25 Broad Street, Downtown by Philippe Stark and Arris Lofts among others. Dorothy’s commitment to her profession is exemplified by her involvement and leadership within the industry.
Gary Lacy, Sales Director, is widely recognized as a leader in the highly competitive Manhattan luxury real estate market. Managing with an open door, Gary is the driving force behind the growth of each one of his Representatives with laser focus on their needs. Prior to joining TOWN, Gary was a Vice President, Director for eleven years and consistently ranked in the firm's top 1% of brokers nationwide. Gary honed his skills as an expert marketer and networker as an agent for IMG (International Management Group) where he worked with athletes such as Venus and Serena William, Tommy Haas, Patrick Rafter and Maria Sharapova.
