With a well-earned reputation, Reginald offers clients unmatched expertise in the New York City real estate market, as well as the South Florida markets of Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The significant homes that he has represented include the residence of a former U.S. President and an architecturally significant townhouse listed in The Historic Register of Homes. News of his noteworthy sales has been shared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Observer, The Real Deal and on NBC.

Prior to entering real estate, Reginald honed his client-centered approach through a successful 20-year career as a fashion designer.

Reginald holds a bachelor's degree from the American College in Lucerne, Switzerland, and has been a New York resident for 35 years. He currently resides on the Upper East Side and is an ardent supporter of St Jude's Children's Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project. He is also a certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) and a member of the-Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

With an intimate understanding of the luxury market, Dorothy Sexton, Managing Director, joined TOWN Residential from Macklowe Properties where she served as the Vice President of Sales. Among her countless successes, she was responsible for the sales and marketing of the highly acclaimed 737 Park Avenue and 150 East 72nd Street luxury developments. Dorothy previously served as Vice President and Sales Director with Sotheby’s International Realty where with proven experience ranging from the pre-development though coordination of sales and marketing, Dorothy led the activities of several transformative condominium projects including Windsor Park at 100 West 58th Street, 25 Broad Street, Downtown by Philippe Stark and Arris Lofts among others. Dorothy’s commitment to her profession is exemplified by her involvement and leadership within the industry.

Gary Lacy, Sales Director, is widely recognized as a leader in the highly competitive Manhattan luxury real estate market. Managing with an open door, Gary is the driving force behind the growth of each one of his Representatives with laser focus on their needs. Prior to joining TOWN, Gary was a Vice President, Director for eleven years and consistently ranked in the firm's top 1% of brokers nationwide. Gary honed his skills as an expert marketer and networker as an agent for IMG (International Management Group) where he worked with athletes such as Venus and Serena William, Tommy Haas, Patrick Rafter and Maria Sharapova.
