CBRE Group, Inc. announced today the firm’s latest under-20,000-square-foot office leasing transactions in New York City:

  • CBRE’s Michael Laginestra, Rocco Laginestra, Christopher Mansfield and Munish Viralam represented IMG Models at Gramercy Gateway, 304 Park Avenue South, in an 18,032-sq.-ft. direct expansion on the entire sixth floor. The term was for 12 years. SL Green Realty’s Gary M. Rosen and Howard J. Tenenbaum represented the landlord.
  • CBRE’s Alex Kantor and Joseph Mangiacotti represented Infosys Technologies at 1 World Trade Center in a 13,175-sq.-ft. direct lease on the partial 79th floor. The term was for 11 years. The company moves from 630 Fifth Avenue. C&W’s Connor Daugstrup, Justin Royce, Tara Stacom, Peter Trivelas and Barry Zeller represented the landlord.
  • CBRE’s Christopher Corrinet represented Novocure at 1500 Broadway in a 12,850-sq.-ft. direct lease on the entire 17th floor. The term was for seven years. CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Emily Jones and Patrice Meagher represented the landlord.
  • CBRE’s Dorothy Chuang, Jonathan Cope and Paul Walker represented Taiwan Business Bank at One Financial Square, 32 Old Slip, in a 9,200-sq.-ft. direct lease on the partial fifth floor. The term was for 10 years. RXR Realty’s Daniel Birney represented the landlord.
  • CBRE’s Brad Gerla and Samuel Spillane represented Apex Clearing Corporation at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, 28 Liberty Street, in a 4,244-sq.-ft. direct lease on the partial 30th floor. The term was for five years. JLL’s Michael Berman, Mitch Konsker, Peter Riguardi, Daniel Turkewitz and John V. Wheeler represented the landlord.
