Gridiron Capital, LLC, is pleased to announce Sean Kelley has joined the firm as Principal and Director of Business Development.

Mr. Kelley brings extensive relationships across the middle-market in a variety of industries as well as significant transaction experience with sell side and buy side processes.

Prior to joining Gridiron, Mr. Kelley served as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at BB&T Capital Markets in Richmond, Virginia. His responsibilities included executing M&A and capital raising assignments for middle-market private equity groups and their portfolio companies, as well as establishing, developing and strengthening business development relationships. Previously in his career, Mr. Kelley was an associate at Credit Suisse, working in the Equity Research Division and an analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Kelley graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
