Adams & Co. The company will continue using its partial eighth-floor space as a showroom and office for an additional four years.

David Levy, principal of Adams & Co., represented both the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. Asking rent for the space was approximately $54 per square foot.

United Footwear Group is shoe and accessory wholesaler for women. The company’s products are distributed throughout the U.S.

Built in 1914, 10 West 33rd Street is a 13-story, 319,200-square-foot building, located between Fifth Avenue and Broadway. Notable tenants include Gina Group, Hobo, Global Design Concepts, Stone Mountain and A Classic Time Watch Co., with retail tenants Legends Bar & Grill, BCD Tofu House, and United States Post Office.
