The Hamilton at 968 60th Street is debuting three on-site model apartments on Wednesday, August 17, followed by official tours on Sunday, August 21, from Noon to 6 p.m, all by appointment only at 718-633-1033 or by registering online at www.TheHamiltonBrooklyn.com. The dazzling new rental development, which spans the entire block between 60th and 61st Streets along Fort Hamilton Parkway on the border of Sunset Park and Borough Park, will have 92 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with high-quality finishes, oversized windows and a host of exciting details. In addition, the mixed-use building will have 14,000 square feet of commercial retail space with all-glass frontage along Fort Hamilton Parkway.

“This is a development that is both affordable and conveniently located,” points out co-Developer Yoel Sabel of Halcyon Management. “The apartments have modern layouts and lots of amenities, which makes this offering a great opportunity for people who want to live in Brooklyn.”

Among the high-end finishes and details in each apartment are light-stained hardwood floors and open kitchens with stainless steel appliances, deep zero-radius under-mounted single-basin sinks, blond wood-finish Euro-style cabinetry, Ceasarstone counters and back splashes, and center islands with wood block overhangs for high-top counter seating. The porcelain-tile bathrooms have deep soaking tubs or showers with rain-forest showerheads, black matte-finish Grohe faucets and hardware, and full-mirror, multi-shelf medicine cabinets. Other exceptional features include double closets in the bedrooms and generous additional in-unit storage.

The Hamilton also features 4,500 square feet of amenity space, with a fully-equipped fitness center, game room, children’s playroom, business center, residents’ library, PGA golf simulator and massive landscaped roof deck. In addition, the building has on-site, below-grade parking.

Adds Mr. Sabel, “This is a well-established neighborhood that’s close to great transportation and shopping, which is already a significant draw for prospective residents.”

The Hamilton is approximately 40 minutes from Midtown Manhattan on the N train, which stops less than a block away. Public transportation going into Manhattan is two blocks away and includes the N, B and D subway lines. In terms of neighborhood conveniences, there are groceries throughout the area, including an international supermarket with fresh produce across the street and other services within close radius.
