America’s Fourth Largest Residential Brokerage Continues to Expand Into Sagaponack, America’s Most Expensive Zip Code, As The Only Brokerage in the Area

Douglas Elliman has announced the acquisition of Sagaponack-based real estate company McCoy & McCoy. Led by William McCoy, the 46-year-old brokerage will be absorbed into the daily operations of Douglas Elliman’s East End business.

As part of a continuing growth strategy aimed at representing and serving the needs of clients in luxury communities, the acquisition will add the only real estate office in Sagaponack, named “America’s Most Expensive ZIP Code,” to Douglas Elliman’s national network of more than 6,000 professionals across more than 81 offices.
