Growth equity firm Catalyst Investors has promoted David Gordon to Vice President, Mia Hegazy to Senior Associate and Kapil Desai to Associate.

Gordon joined the firm in February as Senior Associate, Hegazy joined in 2013 as an analyst and Desai joined in 2014 as an analyst. They are responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management as well as assisting with Catalyst’s research reports.
