Paradigm Health Holdings, LLC, an integrated corporate entity with a portfolio focusing on insurance, reinsurance, risk solutions, products and services for the self-funded market has launched Lifestyle-for-Life®, its standalone Health Management Program. Lifestyle-for-Life is the most personalized program of its kind, combining one-on-one health coaching, individual health screenings, intensive program management and on-site, live health education programs and health challenges. The goal is to foster employee engagement, drive improvement across organizational health indicators, and help mitigate hefty benefit cost increases.
