Premier Packaging Products Inc., a paper, foodservice, and janitorial product supplier will relocate from Brooklyn. With 16 foot ceilings, six loading docks, wide column spacing, and a newly renovated exterior, 482 Barell Avenue is the ideal location for the paper good company to relocate their warehouse operations. The 36,652-square-foot building includes 2,400-square-feet of office space.

Sitex’s ability to ensure 482 Barell Avenue’s availability for immediate occupancy was also attractive to the tenant, allowing their relocation process to be expedited.”
482 Barell Avenue is located one block off Washington Avenue and eight miles from New York City. The property features easy access to Routes 3, 17, 46, I-80, and The New Jersey Turnpike.
